That’s Life

25 years of helping people with pain and stress relief gets me thinking lots about our sources of pain and tension that may be somewhat in our control. With a lil help from ai, I made this image and maybe it can help someone.

Comments welcomed!

YIN (black side):

• Represents Challenges and Reactions

• Symbolizes our shadows, hardship, emotional turbulence, and our responses to difficulty.

• Can symbolize stress, fear, anxiety, anger, confusion etc

• The source of these may be conscious/subconcious, programmed and indoctrinated into our psyche by culture, media, family, institutions and even carried by our DNA (epigenetics, ancestral energies).

• In the center of the Yin (black) half, the white dot with “Now” — represents the potential for presence and clarity even in hard times.

YANG (white side):

• Represents Now and Gratitude

• Symbolizes presence, awareness, and appreciation for the things we have in our lives in the present moment, starting at the most basic like being alive (breathing/feeling/sensing) to other things like being prosperous and financially independent and everything in-between!

• With coherence, clarity, and awareness of the present and conscious observation, you may be able to choose your reaction to the present moment

• Life is a continuum of present moments as we perceive them with its variety of experiences (personal/collective, +/-)

• In the center of the Yang (white) half, the black dot with “Reactions” — symbolizes that even in gratitude, old habits, patterns and responses may still emerge.
